You'll need to call an exterminator, and be sure to wash all your bedding and clothes that are close to your room. You may also need to buy new pillows. If you are in an apartment you may have got them from your neighbors so let the landlord know, they will sometimes help with the exterminator cost.

Washing your sheets and blankets weekly in very hot water and White Vinegar will help kill the bed bugs, with your blankets however you can not use hot water but warm will surfice as long as you use Vinegar, vinegar will kill those bugs and your sheets will be soft and disinfected and odor free, bedbugs only go to dirty sheets ad blankets. Now for the recipe: Use about 1/2 cup per load this is for a normal load, for a larger load use 3/4 cup to your rinse water. Good Luck !

Wash every clothing, bedsheet, pillows.
Then throw ur bed or any wooden furniture with bedbugs miles away.
Spray insecticide.
Best thing after that is not to use any wooden bedframe.

For the heck of it, collect a few bedbugs and throw it on e clothes of someone u dislike. They breed fast.

Hi there. Sorry for your troubles. Personally, I would destroy the bed with fire, exterminate my house and buy a new bed for new memories. May things improve for you soon.

Wash your sheets, blankets, etc. in very hot water--while spraying your mattress and box spring with lice spray--that stuff kills any kind of bug.

You can't! You have to get a new matress. Try and get a good one that will last you a long time. I think you should get a new matress every two years. Get one now.
