at my work place pretty much all the girls hit on me one way or the other.. i am in my early 20's and at my work place all the young girls and older ladies in the 30's hit on me a lot. i need help from you ladies... plz... sometimes i really get tired of this...

Well, ladies in their 30's are in their sexual peak, they say. Maybe you flirt without knowing it. I have no idea what you look like but I know that certain people just have a way with the opposite sex. There was this woman I worked with who just attracted men like flies. To be honest, she was cute but not outstanding in any way. What she did have was a way of making guys feel like they were funny and interesting. She was always laughing. It was infectious! I remember some of the women complaining that she flirted with their husbands. Honestly, I knew her pretty well and I truly don't believe she was aware she did it. You probably have similar attributes. Then again, maybe you're just really hot. Can't see you so who knows?
Oh, also, the younger girls tend to look for someone who reminds them of their fathers - not sexually, which would be gross, but personality-wise. We build up an expectation of what a real man should be like by using our dads as a model. My husband has some definite similarities to my dad. Kind of funny.

Well I got two reasons why I do. 1. Because I think a young man is still experimenting here and there and is not stable like an older man who knows what's out there, you know?. 2. Because I love how older man look. As in the salt and pepper hair, the fact that they look old/mature. It's hard to explain. I just like men on their 30's almost 40s.

we live in a society the place adult males are the bread maker of the relatives and installs self-discipline into the infants. adult males are assume to be the stable one, those that defends the relatives against all odds. This has been happening ever using fact the 1st creature grow to be type. human beings are no longer the only residing creature that does this. All variety of animals do this. lady are the mushy ones using fact they're those to coach ethical and supply convenience whilst mandatory. they're people who fixes each and all the subjects with reference to the abode life.

Girls tend to mature faster, so they look for older men. And the older ladies, I'm not sure about them, maybe you look older for your age.

It's confidence. If you have it women go for it. That is why alot of women go for the real losers. Most real Losers show alot of confidance while nice guys show uncertainty because they are buisy thinking about what the woman wants. Losers just don't care what the women want so they are confidant in dealing with them.

Personally... I like younger men. My husband is younger than me. maybe they see you as older and having more stability? I don't know why you wouldn't like it though? Would you rather have them ignore you? Count your blessing's- you could be the ugly dude no one talks to!

They are mature, experienced, and awesome in bed. They also seem to be more manly than all those young teenagers.
