I had never heard of "Harry Potter" before, but was advised by a friend to check it out. I went to the bookstore to look about and couldn;t find it.
When i asked if there was a copy of the book, the clerk went nuts on me, practically shrieking that they were out of the book, she had no idea whe it would be in and to snop nagging on about it!
I left.

Health insurance. I spend a total of 26 hours over the course of a week on the phone with them because they were sooo f'd up

I work in customer service and you can bet your bottom dollar that if you get bad service from me, then you can be assured that YOU have pushed me past my limit.

There was this lady who I could not convince that 7+ 5 = 12. There was also a woman who asked if we sold proactiv. I said no, and she snapped, "Well, you should get some!"

Dell Home Computers outsourced to India. Took me almost one year to get a problem solved. Will never buy from them again.

I just got almost 7 inches of hair cut off to donate to locks of love. Since I am heavy I had to do weeks of research to find that good haircut. I went in, the whacked all my gorgeous locks off, she then styled it and IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
