OK you're right- moments

Gee, that's a really tough question. I doubt that I could think of one single moment where I was most content; most of my life was like that.
Of course, there were bad moments, but other than those, I'd say my happiest times were just living these past few years. I'm young, have great friends, do fun things....I just don't have a best moment, due to the fact that they're ALL so great.

Moments in my life when I felt most content and happy are when I was for several years practicing hatha yoga eight hours per day. Another is when my daughter was born. Another is now, here and now in which I live everyday happy and content and am able to avoid the depressive state of unhappiness and discontentment.

I'm not sure if i've had the most content and happy moment in my life yet....but i'm usually pretty happy and content when i'm in bed. It's one of the only places where I can relax and forget about all my worries. I don't take too many naps anymore, but just being able to go to bed and be nice and warm is something that calms and soothes me.

I think, you're most happy when you're in love. Especially when the love gets returned :) It's one of the best feelings in the world if you ask me :)

Being with my old friends, everything just felt...right. :] I don't have these friends anymore but the memories are beautiful and i don't remember a happier time :]
