YES, it takes me at least a week to get reacclimated to the time change. I don't know who is getting what out of this early time change. It's been proven that there are little energy savings that occur as a result of DST.

I wasn't really ready to let go of winter yet. It took so long to get cold, that I haven't had my fill of nesting, reading, and snuggling, yet.

Why can't we just be on one time period all the time and be done with it? However long the daylight is, that's what it is. It's not nice to fool Mother Nature.
