Depends on what kind of golden ticket - If its like one from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory then I would pay as much as I could... but just for any ol' gold ticket that doesnt mean a thing - nothin.

9.99, because its the lowest amount you said and once you say a low amount, who would want to pay more? Also, you can pay off the cash by taking the chewing gum, selling it to little kids, then tie strings to them and sell um as big blue balloons!
