I know that there is a way to reverse a pipe, by blowing into it or somin'. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Are you referring to siphoning? By sticking one end of a hose into the water, and blowing into the free end of the hose, when you stop blowing the water returns into the pipe and starts to flow out the opposite end, when the opposite end is lower than the end in the water. I hope this helps!

To start a siphon, you have to fill a hose with water. It won't do any good to blow in it because that won't fill it with water. Connect it instead to a hose faucet and put the other end of the hose in the tub. Run water through the hose until air bubbles stop coming out of the other end, then turn off the faucet and disconnect the hose. Keep this end of the hose below the level of the water in the tub, and water will drain from the tub through the hose.
