how do i cleanit out while on the motor? what kinds of problems can occur from carbon build up?

add small amount of acetone to your fuel chris :
2 oz. per 10 gallon will remove all carbon buildup and it is very cheap ... plus u will have other benefits
i tried it my self and i know other ppl who tried it and were impressed too .

take it to a shop (like midas,,jiffy lube ect..) they have this 3 step chemical process that can ususally clean it out pretty good. for about $70 or if you want to do it yourself take the intake off and spray it out with carb cleaner.carbon build up can cause it to fail pollution test(if you have that where you live )and can cause the egr valve to go bad
