Can someone tell me how to Identify and briefly describe 5 types of business documents ?

1. Contract-basically just a document that states what service or services a company will carry out for a client, and stating how and how much the client is to pay the company that is performing the service(s).

2. Inter-office memo- basically a short message from one employee to another, or from one employee to a group of employees about any topic relevant to the workplace.

3. Business plan- the best definition of this I can give is that it basically states what the company does and what each department will do. Sometimes, in the case of very small companies, each individual employee's responsibilities will be detailed.

4. Invoice- basically, it's a bill. Invoices are mailed to clients to let them know how much to pay a company for an item or service.

5. Reports- every business has people that write or create some type of report. Spending reports, budget reports, etc.
