Since you are asking this under Canada>vancouver, I will assume you mean Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Canada has postal codes, which work the same as the U.S. zipcodes. However, there are many more of them, as just about every block or small area has a different postal code. The format for Canada postal codes are a combination of 6 letters and numbers, like this: A1A 1A1

For more information and to look up a specific postal code, go here:

Vancouver has dozens of postal codes (in Canada, the zip codes are called postal codes) and you have to give a specific address to find that particular postal code. It's easy, though. Just put CanadaPost in your search engine and follow the instructions son their website. Each province has its own designator - in BC, for example, all postal codes begin with the letter V. Postal codes are alpha-numeric combinations.

Canada call them postal codes, not zip codes

they are 6 character alphanumeric..

Vancouver postal codes all start with 'V6' and changes from block to block (ie V6A 2A2 is Downtown EastSide V6B 3Y6 is Downtown business district).

Any postal code in the province of BC starts with a V

The Canadian postal code system is much different that the US ZIP code system. There are many many postal codes for Vancouver because each code only covers a few city blocks.
