Do i have to take my birth controle pill an hour leter bcuz of daylight savings?

The idea is to take it every 24 hours, so technically you would take it an hour later, yes. However, if you are taking a combined pill, the time window is much less sensitive. Take, for example, if you miss a pill one day. You can take two the next day and NOT have to use a backup method, meaning a whole day off doesn't even affect you. If this is the case, you could keep it at the same time for the sake of convenience and be just fine. If you are taking a progesterone only pill, or the so called "mini pill," it is most effective when taken at the exact same interval (24 hours) every time. You should take your pill to accomodate this time frame, even if it means the clock is an hour later. After a while, you'll be back to the "correct time" when you switch back. Or, consider moving to Arizona and you won't have to worry.

Take it at the exact time every day no matter if it's daylight savings or not.

I have been taking the pill for 14 years and I have been taking it the same time every year.

i changed my time according to the time change. it just makes sense to i guess. haha
