I forgot to turn my clock ahead one hour - is it too late ? ? ?

If you mean to get to work on time then you're hooped, it's too late. If you just wish to catch up with the rest of us you can still do this but you will have to move your clock ahead 1 minute every hour until you're on pace with everyone else. Can't be done all at once, you risk exploding if you do.
