If you have a version 1.52 psp can you still put emulator games in?

No. You still need to downgrade to 1.50 first.

PS: For 1.52, you will need to upgrade 2.00 and then downgrade to 1.50

Not sure if you can, but you can upgrade to 2.0 and then downgrade back to 1.5.
