for those who dont know,the death note has the power to kill any person who's name is written in it's pages,the person would die in 1 minute after writting the name.

Just to point out, it is 40 seconds, or a time that the user has wrote.
I'd probly keep it in my pocket or something, and I were to ever see somebody trying to harm someone, I'd use it...But then, of course, greed and power would probly come over me, and I'd end up like Raito. I'd probly rather give it up then to keep it.

More then likely I would end up doing what Light does, kill off all the bad people and then become some crazy killer and will kill people who stand in my way.
