Definately take it right when you wake up. The "first morning urine" is recommended on all pregnancy tests. Good luck!

Because home pregnancy tests nowadays are so accurate, it just doesn't matter. I took mine late afternoon and results which were positive came out quite clearly and quickly. The insert even stated that there is no "best" time of day. Sorry I can't remember which brand I used though.
Good luck!

They say it's best in the morning because your urine has more hormones in it but I took mine at 3 in the evening and it worked. I'd say take it when you want and if it comes out negative and your still not sure then take one in the morning.

First morning urine has the highest level of the pregnancy hormone in it, so in the morning when you wake up.

Definitely the first urine of the day. The hormone levels are the highest when you first wake up, since you havent had time to drink anything or "dilute" it so to say.

In the morning with the first voided specimen--that is, what has collected in your bladder overnight--it's more concentrated before you've eaten or drunk anything.
