You won't be able to play it online. 56kbps isn't enough bandwidth to play a game like that, and even if you find a server that'd take you, you'll be laggy.
It's not something you can just fix, it's a hard limit on how much bandwidth you need. Sorry to say, you really will need DSL or cable to play it online. If you're in an area that offers DSL or cable, the good news is that some of the cheaper packages are just about as cheap as dial-up, unless you get free dial-up.

There are no 56k servers out there. The minute you go on, you will lag and be kicked for high ping. Your PING could go up to 300, so litteraly, I wouldn't blame them. I would just suggest to go and upgrade to High Speed Internet.

You cant, you'll get kicked from all servers
you need more bandwidth to play, at least 512kbps
