i'm a teenager and am looking to take my friend somewhere for her birthday- somewhere fun with some of my other friends.. we are going to be in the north conway region.
any suggestions?
keep in mind it's only the beginning of spring so we can't go to any of the water parks or anything like that

Bummer. I'm not sure if Canobie Lake's open yet if you're going before May. Same with Fun Town USA in Saco Maine.
You could do a bit of spring skiing (just watch the rocks and ice).
Bummer that you're between seasons.
How bout a trip into Boston. The museum of science is a LOT of fun and afterwards you can hang out and go shopping near there at Kendall Square, Downtown @ Quincy Market, over at the Prudential Center, or hanging out on Newbury street!
The Sox also startup in April and other than opening day, it shouldn't be too bad to get some bleacher seats and hang out for a game.
