Buy dynomat for your trunk and all parts on the rear of your car. The Dynomat will absorb the vibrations from the sound waves and keep the metal from vibrating when the bass is at it's strongest. It will also keep the vibrations from all loose parts on the car b/c that is a big contribution to the rattling. It can be purchased from your local stereo shop. Buy the bulk kit and install fot=r the whole car and it will greatly improve the overall sound of your system.

Get out of the car, go back there and figure out what's rattling. I've seen cases where people just had to tighten their jack down in the mount. If the license plate is rattling, tighten it down; if it's the trunk lid, you might be able to fix it with damping material like dynamat. You need to pinpoint the exact problem before you try and fix it.

Accept your fate. People who have their bass up so loud it rattles car parts deserve to lose bits of their car on the road. That noise is so annoying.
