Yahoo is quick to suspend on the false accusations of cowardly participants. Why are they not as quick to investigate and exonerate the innocent?

I agree with you. People complain becuase they are vindictive. Reporting just to get someone in trouble
is a troubled person. If the report is a legitimate one..(serious)..then reporting it is the right thing. But Yahoo
doesn't even see the difference , and doesn't care. Volume
is the majority. So the innnocent get thrown into the mix.
It's really a bad system. It's not right. I don't know how they
can fix it. But it sure is not right........

Well, it went the way of freedom of speech, it depends on how much money you have. As for Yahoo, they actually pay some nerd to select the complaints to take action on, and since there are so many, the whole process has become arbitrary.

Not with the rules on this website. I am sure there a lot of people on suspension who are not getting their voices heard

its supposed to be innocent before proven guilty but i guess that has changed.

too many users... but i believe the new rule goes : Guilty untill prooven innocent........
