Do any any other young women out there where their shirts tucked in?

I am a 26-year-old woman and I almost always tuck my shirt in to my jeans. I'm in good shape and I usually wear formfitting shirts that just hit below the waist. When I get dressed every morning I just can't resist tucking my shirt in. I have a casual dress code at my job and can wear whatever I want. I usually dress in jeans and a nice casual blouse, polo or T-shirt. And I always accessorized with a nice belt. My friends always tease me about tuckig my shirt in I just think it looks good and feels good. Wearing my shirt tucked in is just so warm and cozy. In the winter my favorite look is a nice pair of dark wash flared jeans and a nice formfitting black blouse with a brown leather belt and a nice pair of boots. Even in the summer with the exception of a few polos and T shirts that are too short tuck in. i about 80% tucked. I've started to notice if you other young women my age in my area are dressing similarly especially the urban style, maybe it's a new trend.

Rarely! I don't see everyone. Maybe you should not wear t-shirts and jeans to work. If its like working outside then yeah! Because you don't want to be wearing slacks and and a black shirt but if its in an office then wear this without your shirt getting tucked in...

♥wave it- I put my hair half way up and wave the bottom with mousse called got 2 be (I think) and its an orange bottle, but it works

I think you are still young. You may think that wetseal and forever21 is for 13-18 but I've seen older people get clothes there. But I think you are the right age for all this. But don't tuck your shirt in ALL the time. Mabey if you were to dress like this your friends wouldn't make fun of you at all. They will see that you changed from tucked in t-shirt to dressing more colorful, unique, and in style! You don't just have to wear this to work wear this when you go out or anywear. Plus if you quit the job (im knocking on wood) and you get interviewed they will see how nice you dress. But you look like you have a lot of money and in style when these are all good prices! hoped I helped! ♥

I tend to wear button up men's style dress shirts tucked into high waisted skirts. Unfortunately, I'm busty so the tuck in thing looks kinda funny on me in general, but with a skirt, it tends to balance me out by flaring outwards at the bottom.

You wear jeans to work? I'm surprised, jeans are not business attire. But not everyone knows about the studies done in the US in the 1990's about jeans and reduced productivity in office jobs.

If you're comfortable, and your job allows it, it doesn't matter if other people comment. Maybe they're just envious that you can wear your shirt tucked in and they don't feel comfortable doing that.

it is a new trend, look @ the new jeans that are soon to be out. they are those hi waist ones with thin belts, and look best w/ a tucked in shirt. if your comfy wear it, if youre not, dont!

I wished I could've tuck my button up shirts in but I look weird. But other clothes definately not. I wear them out.

I think most of us don't because if you don't have a slender figure, it tends to visually add weight to you. That's why I personally don't like tucking my shirt in.

But I say where what feels good, wear what you like. :)

I admit it. I am a tucker too. My mother taught me that tucking in your shirt is not only presenting yourself in a clean and respectable way, it is also a way of showing those you are around that you have respect for yourself and them. So, don't worry....Keep on tuckin'!
