after the engine cuts off, I have to wait 5-10 minutes to restart the car, some times it doesn't want to start.

Without getting all techy on you, the simple answer is to replace the distributor. Go to either Honda or NAPA and purchase a remanufactured unit, and replace it according to the procedure outlined in a quality repair manual, then adjust the ignition timing according to the same manual.

Check your spark ignition, i have a 97 honda accord and my engine would cut off randomly when i would drive and it turned out to be recalled. Sometime when the key shifts in the ignition and theres a bad part there it will just cut it off.
