This might get long, but here goes...

My view of ALL Presidents is changing - all the way back to the first George W. and the Presidents yet to come. But I have yet to pin point a reason as to why. But here are some of my ideas:

I'm a political baby. I am only 24, and have voted in only one Presidential election. My interest in politics dawned in early 2003. So I have to question - is the world around me changing so drastically, or is it only my perception of the world and its history that is changing?

I hear and read everything that the people have to say about this President (both good and bad) and know that I have to take it all with a grain of salt. But I often wonder - is this new? Did people have the same polar opinions of all the "great" Presidents of our past? Of course! But history filters most of this out. Take Reagan for example. If you ask someone who the best Republican President ever was, alot of people will say Reagan (I think it's because he died fairly recently, and people liked him as a person). But was he really? He sold weopons to Iran, and now we're on the verge of war with Iran? He (along with many others) helped to fascilitate the loss of American lives in the future. How does that constitute being called the best Republican President ever? But histoy will now say it is true - regardless of what the truth is.

So all these thought leads me to this thought :

So with this Presidency (whether it is my own enlightenment, or the acts of the President himself) my views have changed permanantly. I am interested to see how history remembers Geroge W. Bush - it could be very suprising.

Nope. I feel like everyone (including the administration) was mislead with all kinds of messed up information. I'm excited and hopeful that our country will change hands in the future for the better, but I'll still vote based on the issues and based on who I think will do the best job. I can only go by the information I'm given, and hindsight is ALWAYS better than predictions.

For the last several elections, I have not liked either candidate!!!! I find myself voting for what I feel is the lesser of two evels. I can't tell Dem's from Repub's anymore, they all smell like sour fish. The really good guys I like alot, won't run!!!!! We're left with weasle's, lizards, and toads!!! Then we have the independants who come off as rejects from the Jerry Springer show!!! What's a boy to do????

Yup, America wants a president that maintains integrity and decisiveness with the ability to think clearly to act intelligently. A president that listens to their concerns and choose by majority, http://www.voteprimous.com

All Presidents are different, and no two are the same.

I will view future Presidents with more skeptism.

YES

I WILL NEVER VOTE FOR ANY DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE AGAIN IN MY LIFE...

THEIR FAKE CRITICISM OF HIM HAS SHOWN TO ME, AS A PERSON WHO.. JUST LAST YEAR.. WAS VERY MUCH LIBERAL AND ANTI-BUSH, HOW MUCH BULLSH*T AND PROPAGANDA THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND LIBERALS IN PARTICULAR USE IN ORDER TO GAIN SUPPORT...

I used to hate Bush and hate everything about him.. literally..

For a little while, i even believed the 9/11 conspiracy... i watched the movies made...

I used to blindly believe the generalized and out of context facts that support most of the oppositions accusations and policies...

Until one day, i was board and decided to start searching things on google and reading the Iraq Study Group Investigation Findings/Reports... and reading letters by IAEA inspectors sent to the UN...

And then curiosity took the best of me, and still does and i continue to learn + research...

AND NOW IM ANYTHING BUT LIBERAL!!

GO MCCAIN '08!!

I will have a little bit more wariness of the extent of executive power, and I will certainly oppose the executive and both houses of the legislature being of the same party, whichever party it is.

Oh, and signing statements. Very much not fond of those.
