Unless you have liquid helium, which I highly doubt, and if you do please tell me where to get some, lol, I would say vinegar conducts the fastest because of it's acidity. Rubber is well known for its insulative properties, and a gas does not tend to conduct as fast as a liquid or a solid. Conduction is the process of energy being transfered from one object to another through bumping into it. From my experiences, vinegar would conduct the best.

i would say helium for 2 reasons. if something has a great density it would make it harder for sound to travel through hence forth a sound proof room uses foam rubber and a drummer will use a rubber pad to MUTE the sound not increase. secondly water is denser then gas (water is in vinegar) and therefore also reduces the ability of sound travelling through it. (if there is cloud cover soun travels better bouncing off the clouds) so helium being a gas is the least dense therefore less for the sound to travel through and therefore will be met with less resistance and travel faster and further. i do realise if it is windy u need to talk louder but that is a gas moving and not at rest. totally different physics involved.

I'll buy vinegar because it is incompressible (more or less) being a liquid. Rubber is not only elastic but has a lot of internal energy losses. You can prove the latter by finding a rubber band, quickly stretching it to its limit about 5 times and pressing it to your upper lip (mustache area). Feels warm, right? That is the internal friction loss. Same thing that would mute your sound.

Rubber would conduct sound the fastest, because it has the highest density (assuming room temperature). The higher the density, the higher the speed that phonons (sound waves) can be transmitted through a material. Rubber is the only solid.
Helium and vinegar are gas and liquid, respectively, at room temperature.
