No, don't leave the hotel for 3 weeks. Only order pizza, and throw the pizza boxes on the floor. Take a knife and cut open the matress, pull some of the stuffing out for the rat and his friends to make a nest. Place pizza crust on the bed, closer and closer to you until they eat it by hand. Then you can train them.

First stop sticking your finger in your 'Secret Area' before going to bed each night.
Second...stop passing out on your hotel bed with partially eaten chicken wings on your lap.
If these steps fail to resolve your problem, change hotels.

Yes! something like that happened to me one time ,when Two rats were fighting on a chair! and I went WHAT!!!?and than I went right over to tell the owners about it! and they just smiled at me and charged 20 dollars! and I said What!? 20 dollars for what!? than they looked at each other kind of funny,and then said For Live intertainment!!!
