The paper was never showing and it not once came out of my pocket , so for those who think i was cheating are wrong. The reason she took it was bcuz i was holding my sweatshirt during the test and i put it down and picked it up again. I never put my hands in the pocket or anything

Tell it to the judge--or in this case the school principal with your parents and classroom teacher present as well.

I want to change my earlier metaphor; your story isn't "fishy" because it just doesn't swim.

In the words of Wm. Shakespeare:

"The lady doth protest too much, methinks."
--From Hamlet (III, ii, 239)

Good Luck....

Sounds fishy to me. I'm always on the lookout for students who are fumbling with their clothes, using calculators for every question, etc. It sounds like, even though you weren't actually cheating, you aroused her suspicions by your actions and got caught.
