I have an iBook, Mac OS X version 10.4.8

If the program did not come with its own uninstaller there are many free, shareware and commercial programs that can uninstall programs. Go to http://www.macupdate.com/ and put in "uninstall" in the search box

If the program came with an uninstaller, use it. Otherwise just drag the application icon, file or folder to the Trash Icon or use the ⌘+Delete keys after clicking on the file or app once. There are third party apps that will delete files or programs for you that will delete even the .plist files that won't delete just by dragging the app to the Trash.

Go under apple in the corner
Go to prefrences
I think the uninstall is in the application file.
If not do a search and it will pop up.
