Well, as for it not appearing on youtube anime more, the reason for that is viacom demanding youtube to pull it off their website. Although, many owners of properties have and do tell youtube to not let their property be uploaded onto their site, as doing that is breaking the law and they can get sued.
As for why it isen't on TV. It first started aring near around the end of Beavis and Butthead, which it was a spinoff series of, and didn't last that long. I know that the N channel up untill recently had been playing Daria and seems now they don't. The reason for this is pretty much because of lack of interest. Daria was an older series that hasn't had new episodes in a decade or so and all the N played was the reruns. Reruns only last for so long before people stop watching them. Daria had it's run but unfortunatly, with it being an older series and nothing new about it, it was bound to be pulled off air.

It's not on TV because it ended, and I don't think you're actually allowed to upload tv shows on youtube, people just do it anyway. But you can buy some of the episodes/movies on dvd.

Because Viacom is flippin' lame. Now you can't see a lot of really good shows that came on Nickelodeon and their family of TV channels on Youtube. See the first few answers up there.

Viacom once again, sued Youtube.
and they owned Daria.
I guess the show got cancelled as well as it's parent TV show Beavis & Butthead.
