i found this black and white halter dress that i really liked but i couldn't find a small enough size. . . it was form fitting around the waist then flarred out into this small sort of tutu is thing that came down just above my knee.
Does anyone know wut kindof style this dress is so i can find other places that could have it? sorry i don't have a better description but i'm kinda desperate =D

Actually, you know what I've learned about formal dresses? They rarely fit you well off the rack.
My advice: buy one that fits you somewhat decently; not too tight anywhere, and get it altered. Altering doesn't cost as much as you'd think. That's going to save you the frustration of trying to find a perfect fitting dress (it won't happen lol)
