300 in my opinion is the first movie that has matched the adaptation quality (with a twist) of "Lord of the Rings" that it would be a "Sin City" to not have a part two, wishful thinking maybe? If not, I'm hoping the DVD has about another 30 minutes tagged on to give us Frank Miller fans another fix.

As far as sequels not doing as well as the first movie, tell that to James Cameron when he produced "Aliens". For those of you who are sticklers for historical accuracy, I say artists may not be able to copy an original photograph, but with artistic license, they can always make it better.

Well, I'm not familiar with Frank Miller's 300 (the comic that he created) but the battle of Thermopylae only happened once. So I'm wouldn't count on it being a two part epic.

Not to say that with the success of 300 Frank Miller won't adapt other comics to film, or even create more Greek History based comics and movies.

Nope, not a sequel to 300. But definitely look for more of these graphic novel/comic adaptations in the future. 300 and Sin City were great.

Well, they certainly could continue on with that period of history.

I don't care *what* he does, I just want more Frank Miller, period!
