dark brown/black hair.....dark brown eyes....tan skin....I already wore a black dress last year....I want something brighter...but can't figure out what color I want...any ideas?

I would wear jewel tones and no pastels. Something like amethyst, sapphire or ruby. I have similar coloring to you and those are my best colors. Have fun at your dance, hon!

most of the colors this year are like a brunt orange but i would say a nice baby blue or any type of pastel color will work other than like purple. If purple do a cute shimmer purple not barney purple. Good Luck and get your color early cuz it hard tryna find a color last min

A nice soft pink or peach would probably look really good with your skin tone and hair colour. Try to match the dress to your lip colour and it will "pop" your eye colour.

I think a dark purple would bring out your skin color. It would also make your eyes stand out. So yes, my guess is a deep purple.

People with dark-hair and dark skin look FABULOUS in orange and hot pink! I say go with those colors!

go with orange or hot pink if you like those colours because if you dont like that colour dont wear because it will make you uncomfortable at the dance!!!!
