I'm coming to understand that need to have a balance between both. The best leaders know how to follow and vice versa.

I'm definitely more of a leader....but sometimes even leaders need to take the backseat and follow. It's always a good thing to work well with others and earn the respect of your peers. Even if it means getting "down to their level".
What are you?

Both, I am basically a leader but will sit back at times to let others participate.

I am definately a leader...which is not always a good thing. I've always been this way so I don't know any other way. I have lead people in good ways..but also in bad. I think leaders have alot on their shoulders if their intentions are good.

I am both. I love to follow to learn more and more. I am leader because I have knowledge to gain something and make others gain too.

I am neither a leader nor a follower, I would prefer to guide by consensus. It is not easy.

Leader. I hate when other people don't have an opinion or a mind of their own.
