I normally don't mind helping - but this is something you REALLY need to search on your own. If you want to sail through the mundane, fine, but this stuff is SO important. Have a text book?

Edit: Peter - Grant was only 1 of 5 men who commanded the Union forces during the course of the war - McClellan, Burnside, Hooker, Meade, Grant
