where is the best place to download music without installing?

Unfortunately there isn't sites that allow you to download music without downloading their software. The best thing you can do is just buy CDs and rip them to your PC. But I pay $15 per month for Urge.com which is in my Windows Media Player. Unlimited downloads and videos.
