Does Oklahoma have a law requiring employees to take a 30 min lunch? If so, who can I report abuse to? My employer does not require it and does not enforce it.

The law states that the employer must allow a lunch period.

The employer is not to the best of my knowledge required to make someone take their lunch break.

If it's allowed, then they are following the law.
