I can tell you what it has done to mine - it has made me extremely tired!

There's a study going on where they're testing people living in conditions with no artificial light, just like before electricity. They are finding that these people sleep better. They wake up about 3 times a night for a half hour to an hour at a time, and yet are much more rested and healthy than those of us living by our suggested 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

its considered necessary, the older you get the tougher that's to concieve and time does run out for women folk persons finally. that's going to be seen. while human beings come to a decision they desire infants they might desire to look to the destiny and are available to a decision while is physically powerful. while some mothers and dads pass away it too previous due, they cant constantly get pregnant that's why they turn to ivf, surrogacy or adoption. possibly they werent waiting till then, yet even a pair of years in the past they might have concieved without issues. in my recommendations that's a brilliant element as i grew to become into advised i couldnt have infants and that i desperate i desired to be a mum faster rather than later. of course i waited till i grew to become into waiting and ought to grant for a toddler and we strarted attempting and have been given pregnant immediately away. my daughter is now 3 months previous and that i couldnt be happier. im happy i've got been given the possibility to be a mum. if i had waited i wouldn't in any respect have have been given pregnant. its no longer the case for each individual, anybody is distinctive yet my own opinion is to initiate households youthful yet once you are able to arise with the money for to and able to etc. i dont have a private subject against older mothers and dads, yet once you desire young infants its ideal to initiate before the clock starts ticking.

Your body/brain works off of something called the "circadian rhythm", meaning you take outside signals(light/dark) to kick off hormones in your body to wake up or sleep, depending on those signals.

A time change, say by changing timezones or by daylight savings changes, will offset those light/dark time patterns; your body is used to a certain pattern, and changing that pattern can result in insomnia, jet lag, and some other symptoms. Google it

um nothing. your bio clock is not a clock like the ones we use to tell time hun. it just has to do with the length of time your body will be able to reproduce.

time changes cancel themselves out since we do them one way once and the other way once.
