The only real thing that is bad in Mcdonalds is the food cause it is greasy but the rest is ok. Like for example, It's a good place to start your first job, that was my first job (LOL). you can get a pay raise (not like other work places where you only get paid for what position you are in). you meet new people and make new friends or make more. it's a family restaurant so it's good for everyone. it's fastfood, so you can get your food in a very short amount of time or get it right away. you can get a schorlarship in Mcdonalds. Or you can find your one true love (LOL).
There are more things that you can find good in Mcdonald's those are just a few.

I'd try their website, and google.
Supersize me is an interesting documentary about a guy who was practically a vegan that ate at McD's three times a day, but it is flawed. He should have gradually gone to three meals a day instead of doing it right away. I don't know anybody who eats three meals a day there. BUT it was still interesting how his health was after that. He just should have done it differently.
Go to McD's and ask for their nutrition book.
The bad thing with them is they have not taken out all the trans fats (very bad fats) from their food.
I love their fries though. The major plus is it is fast food, so you don't have to wait TOO long to get your food.

You can go the the restaurant and see if they have any nutritional information that they give to consumers. Some of them are doing that now.
I myself don't like fast food restaurants so I would not be a good one to ask. I will say that if you look hard enough you can even find something good to eat at McDonald's. They do have that fruit and walnut salad now.

Well, the things I think that are pro about mcdonalds are...
-they're good at making sponges taste like burger buns
-they're pro at making their fries last forever and never, ever, ever, ever mold
-they hide their calorie chart from the costumers, so you don't have to feel bad if you're on weight watchers and you 'accidently' eat too many calories
-they can somehow make everyone love the smell of greece
going pro for mcdicks wasn't so smart lol : )
good luck!!!

Seems to me you should not have trouble finding the pros. It is one of the biggest and most successful frachises in the world. It employs a lot of people and for many of them McDonalds is/was their very first employer. Ray Kroc found a way to make an inexpensive tasty hamburger and his success speaks for itself. All other fast-food companies take their lead from McDonalds. McDonalds invented fast food.

They are trying to offer healthier foods..like salads and the yogurt parfait. Go in to a local McDonalds and see if they have any helpful menus or ingredient breakdowns.

There must be a reason McDonald's is so popular. It was one of the first words my daughter learned to read!

They started the whole fast food health trend (with the exception of Subway). They are, so far, one of the only fast food places that has lived up to their mistakes and obesity problems and is trying to change that.
But... I still sort of prefer dining out.
