It wouldn't be able to pull the chromosomes to opposite ends of the cell during mitosis. The cell would either die or one cell would have 92 chromosomes and the other none.

In animal cells, spindle fibers attach to the centromeres of the chromatids during prophase so during anaphase they can pull the sister chromatids apart, thus separating the chromotids. Without the spindle fibers this would not happen and the cell would not divide properly.

A cell cannot divide without spindles and will eventually die. There are medications that inhibit the formation of spindle fibers; they're used in chemotherapy.
