Have you ever had a really AWFUL first day of work?

Question

I want to hear some stories about crappy first days of work because I had a really bad one today. Maybe someone can make me laugh. I knocked a huge filing cabinet over and broke a chair.

Several years ago (I wont say how many), I picked up a job as a plumber's helper. We were at a job site and needed parts so my boss asked me if I was a good driver. I assured him I was and he then told me to take his truck to the store. I then proceeded to put the truck into reverse rather than drive, and instead of stepping on the brakes I slammed on the gas. The back end of the truck then slammed into some valuable tools and then ran over them as I slammed the back of the truck into the backhoe, crumpling the tailgate of the truck and spewing tools and plumbing supplies all over the job site.

Didn't get fired though. That was the last time I ever drove his truck however. That was actually one of my better jobs.

Don't worry about today cause tomorrow you'll be laughing about it. Or the next day. We'll, it may be awhile but eventually you'll laugh about it.

this is a entire bummer. If I lose my urge for nutrition, there is something truly incorrect. I consume each and all of the time. i like nutrition. you will think of i could be fat, yet i'm no longer. merely fortunate i assume. it could take a very awful day. in all risk like the day my mom died. i did no longer experience like eating. i replaced into 15.

I've never personally had one, but I was supposed to have a temp come to work for me this last Monday and she called in sick............two days now. Hopefully she will show up tomorrow.

well my first day of work at my current job i ended up covered from head to toe with garbage and garbage juice, lol its no big deal though i work on garbage trucks
