I am not sure what is wrong, I have done a compression test and they all read even, new fuel filter, new air filter, Oil has been changed, Gas Octane has been upgraded, to 89 and 90 when I have money available,
I have not tried to rebuild the carburators, but I was hoping it could be some thing else,

First off, Nick, your an idiot. Honda Gold wings don't come in a V8...
Tire presssure, clean filters, excess weight, etc, all of the things that would reduce the mpg rating for a car do the same for a motorcycle. Use the recommended octane that the manufacturer says in the manual for that year and model. Have you checked the plugs to see if they are fouled? Or gapped properly? My next suggestion would be to take it to a dealership and let them give it the once over. There may be something obvious that everyone here seems to be overlooking, and the little expense involved in having them check it out cost save a lot of money in the long run.

The only time I've heard of a Honda flat six getting that kind of poor mileage, the man had left the choke (enrichener) on.
Run the recommended octane, too. Higher octane means more non-combustible additives in the gas.
Any leaking vacuum lines to the carbs can cause poor mileage, as well.

Man, You should be getting around 40 mpg. Definitely sounds like the carb problem unless you have a side car on it. The 1500 running with a side car usually gets around 20-22. Best thing for you to do is carry it to the shop/dealer and have it fixed. If you have a the 1800 your injectors are screwed and will have to be rebuilt or replaced. Good luck but the dealer sounds like your best option.

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer. In your case, mileage would've been helpful.
--Syncronise the carbs.
--Adjust the valves if your model doesn't have hydrolic valve adjusters.
--If it's an oldy, adjust the points & timing.
--Low tire pressue will decrease mpg.
--As long as you're checking stuff, check the timing belt. If the tensioners were weak, that would slightly throw off engine performance.
