Besides plastic surgery, there's no way to completely get rid of stretch marks. Time and lotions containing Vitamin E or Aloe will diminish their appearance.

Unfortunately, there is nothing much you can do but wait for time to do its wonders. You MIGHT be able to slow it down a little by using some body butter. I personally reccomend Body Shop's Body Butter stick for dry skin. It helps, but just a little bit. I have to warn you though, that stretch marks will never completely go away, just fade a little. But since you're still young, you still have flexible skin and the stretch marks will fade away most probably rather well.
*NEVER try using vitamin E. It would not help, it might even slow down the whole healing proccess

Stretch marks are a sad part of life. They occur mostly when your body is changing (growth spurts, pregnancy) quickly. You can use cocoa butter to help ease the marks and start healing them, but there might be some other creams pregnant women use to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy. Consult your doctor for more information. He or she may be able to help you out or point you in the right direction.
