7 good starting pitching, slightly above average lineup,poor relief pitching

How many teams in this league? If its a 10 or less team league then I would rate it about a 7. If its a 12 or more team leage then an 8 or 9, again depending on how deep the league is. Your RP is weak and you have a few injury prone SP in Mulder and Pettite. On offense I would look to upgrade Posada and Edmunds, both are well past their primes. Barfield is a potentially great pick at the thin 2b position and you have decent insurance for your 1b, 3b and Util.

8 on pitching need improvement at closer position. 7 on offense, because Jim Edmonds, and Josh Barfield will have to get used to his new team but is a good gamble.

I would give it a 6. You need some bullpen help and OF Help. Your IF is solid and Having Santana makes your SP good. Mulder is out until at least July.
