Going without sleep.
During my university days in England. Schooling hours 8am-6pm. Sports/gym workouts 6pm-10pm. Working as sewage cleaner 11pm-6am. The average person gets minimum of 30hrs sleep per week. I was lucky if i can get just 6hrs.
Lasted for three years.

Quitting smoking. The problem is you never really overcome it completely, the temptation is always there. So far, so good.

watching my mother die....i dont know if that is considered a "challange" but.. i think it took A LOT out of me...and it was extremely hard on me watching her die. it was so hard for me to see her struggle from cancer. i was so hard for me to watch her body change so drastically...she forgot who i was, forgot she was EVEN sick...forgot basically everything.. to me, this is a challange and a fear at the same time.
it was so hard for me to say goodbye to the women who raised me....
