Go to an ER or Urgent Care.

You have tried every thing you can do at home.

Leaving debris in your eye can lead to permanent eye damage.

A Doctor will put a dye like substance in your eye, put you under a black light and have it removed within a minute or two providing you do not wait to long and let it get embedded into your eye.

Do not let 75-100 bucks rob you of your eye sight.

GOOD LUCK!

Is it affecting your vision? Is your eye red? Are you sure it's not an eyelash that is growing in and scratching the eyeball? You can try this: take your top eyelid and pull it down over the lower lid (be sure your hands are clean while messing with your eye, and make sure you don't have eye make-up on). Sometimes that helps.

Try flushing with the lubricating eye drops and see if you can wash something out (plain water will be too irritating). If it continues to bother you, you may need to go to Urgent Care or your doctor so they can take a look.

SEE AN OPTOMETRIST ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they can take it out w/ tweezers because they have a slit lamp, magnifier table thing. See them asap, so that it doesn't get inplanted wherethey wont be able to get it out. Most likely if its implanted in your epitheliem (the top portion of your eye) they can get it out, you dotn want to mess with it, because you cna get it inplanted deeper, and you dont want that. So, please dont do anything, go see an optometrist asap.

take a nap, your eyes will heal itself. i get stuff in my eye all the time, and when none of what you said works, I go to sleep......

its a natural process the "sand" in your eyes if you will......that you can rub out after you wake up......its hard to fall asleep, at first but its the best thing for it.

excessive blinking might work too......
