choose only one and present it (you do not present both), so depending on where you go... say if you go to Russia, it will be easier to travel with a Russian passport

I would only travel with one, assuming they are both bona fide passports, and not travel or immigration documents.

The Hungarian passport would raise less questions in travel due to Hungary's membership with the EU, in my opinion.
