Maybe, but do you notice how there always on some tropical beach where its really warm. I'd like to see them up in Alaska trying to fight off the cold and survive like they do when they do the ididerad race. (god I butchered that spelling)
I'd watch that show, thats tough right there, I could survive on a tropical island I mean come on, things grow for food, theres a ocean full of fish, and the worst things that will come down on your is rain and wind, maybe a little lightening. Shoot I did that for 3 months one summer up at a lake.

not really because they ARE trying to survive on an island without food (well NOT this season haha cause they always seem to have a feast!)...but it's not their normal environment so the title fits the show...I think :)
