Are there any websites where I can have an artist create me a picture by giving them the information that I want. Since I have no artistic ability.

Try contacting a local art school and see if they can suggest an art student who might be willing to do that for you. They could probably put an announcement on a bulletin board or even suggest some websites to look at. You might have luck putting up an ad on Craig's List for your city. A working artist is going to want payment for their time. Good luck.
