Im a huge Pats fan and I hope so but anything can happen in football, but they are pretty deep throughout the lineup, san diego has a better team on paper but getting used to a new coach and tweaks in the systems will hurt and prevent them from winning it this year, plus they dont have tom brady,he puts up great stats with below average recievers imagine what he could do with a healthy stallworth.

With all the changes it will depend on the make up of the team and how they get along. I guess since most of them are not big names it will probably work unless there are injuries to key players. Then all bets are off. It looks good on paper but then again the Colts defense looked pretty bad at the end of the regular season and went on to win the Superbowl. I would say if the talent matches the paper they would be a 65% chance to make it to the Superbowl. Guess it will depend on chemistry and injuries.

They made several great additions so I think they are clearly in the running but there are a number of other teams who want it just as bad as them.

I agree that their off season activity has given then a boost. With superior coaching and average health thru the year they can win it all
