the number of doors is not important , i would swap it all , taking the opportunity to put in all new suspension rubber , you will need the proportioning valve , check and see if the rear brakes are the same , have fun , be safe , p.s. check if your steering gear is on the same side ( front or rear ) of the engine crossmember on both , it will make life easier if they are .

the sub frame should be the same but you will perhaps need to use the upper and lower control arms of the donor vehicle as well as both inner and outer tie rods and stabilizer link bar and kit.
