Get a Yahoo 360 and upload from there.

first u have to make a yahoo 360 and then u have to have a picture of urself in ur pictures, and then...once u get ur yahoo 360 just ask how to get ur picture on,unless u can figure it ut urself

if you go to edit profile itll allow you to use a pic instead
