I need a special equipment rathr then ordinary hand-pressed breake.

Hand controls are avauilable to allow everything to be actuated by hand... find a copy of your local disability magazines they have advertisers in there...
RV and vehicle conversion outfits also have the resources for both finding and installing this stuff...
also you might seek out a local mechanic to help you order them out of a magazine then install them on your vehicle

i own a repair shop ,and what you need to do is set down with someone who can draw,and have them sketch,out a picture of what you think you would need to be able to drive a car real good,and then you can get help from special services to help have this built for you,i have done a few sketch's like this,and a good machine shop,can actually make what ever needs to be done,so that you can drive a vehicle,,its not impossible ,i look at it like this, we sent men to the moon,making something for you to be able to drive.should be considered an easy task,there's no reason it cant be done,you will have to set down with someone ,and describe to them what it needs to be to help you ,and go from there,good luck with this ,i hope this helps.

I don't think you should be driving at all with a handicap. Get someone else to drive you.
It's better to be driven and get there safely, then drive with a handicap and have a chance to lose your life and someone else's in the process.

rehabilitation centre like here in niles oh. we have hillside rehabilitation hosbital they might not have it but can piont you in right direction
